Become a Leisure Doctor
Leisure Doctors has been established to assist with the support and development of leisure companies. Each business has many choices in how to obtain support to increase profitability including, full-blown franchise branding or utilising the many consultants and business coaches available. In our experience both solutions have many considerations for operators, from heavy costs to inexperienced individuals.
To become a Leisure Doctor we are looking for individuals with a wealth of knowledge and experience in leisure from shop floor practices to the development of business strategy. Public sector and Charities are very different operators to private franchises and independents, therefore recognition of the challenges for the different types of operators is vital and of course how to achieve.
